Most driveways and lots need it every 2 to 3 years, depending on traffic and sun.
Does sealcoating fix cracks?
No. We fill cracks first, then seal over a solid surface. Bigger damage needs a repair first.
How long before I can drive on it?
Plan on 24 to 48 hours, longer in hot weather. We'll give you exact timing.
Do you do chip seal?
Yes. Chip seal is a durable, budget-friendly option for long driveways and private roads.
